Revamp your diet and within 24 hours
It’s easy to keep going on a spiral because you’ve already been on one habit track. When you want to change your diet, you must reverse your habits and establish new ones, which can be challenging.
ONe thing that makes reversing a bad diet habit is the cravings, headaches, sluggish energy, and dopamine hits that unhealthy foods give your body.
Eradicating food cravings is quite similar to detoxing off drugs. You have to go through the withdrawal period, which equals discomfort. Once you get through though, your body is normalized again.
How To Eradicate Cravings
The longer you stay away from unhealthy foods and habits, the easier it will be for you to follow through on healthy habits and eliminate cravings.
Cravings will continue to creep up initially, but the cravings will subside as you put distance between your last treat meals.
It usually takes me about 3–7 days to eliminate cravings. To eliminate them altogether, it takes about 1–3 months; at this point, if your body craves something, it will be a genuine craving. Most of our cravings are fake.

Habits Take 0 Time Develop & Plenty Time To Change
A person can get hooked on drugs, cigarettes, processed foods, or sugar within a day, but it can take weeks, years, or decades to eradicate the addiction.
Food and sugar are less detrimental as drugs are – at least at first. To ensure you don’t get hooked, balance what you consume. Less is more. Focus on eating more healthy foods than less healthy foods. Keep the good habits stronger than the weaker habits.
It’s okay to consume sugar and processed foods, but they should never outrank the healthier and more wholesome foods.
