Dig for the root cause of your anxiety and chat with yourself and a trusted, unbiased confidant about it.
Drink chamomile lavender tea throughout the day.
Sage your home to eradicate negative energy and introduce positive energy.
Take a break from all electronics for 4–24 hours.
Speak positive affirmations that focus on the emotions you desire to experience throughout the day.
Visualize your ideal self and act as if you are free from all worry, fear, and anxiety.
Question your fears to learn if they are valid. The more we question our fears, the less power they have over our minds and bodies.
It’s always better to do 1 minute than 0 minutes of stretching and meditation. That one rep adds up over time.
