#7 How often are you in the gym?
#8 What is your weight training split?
#9 Are you taking any supplements?
#10 What are your goals?
#11 What sacrifices are you making?
Last but not least, be prepared to do this. The one proper way to measure your physical progress outside of the scale and physical strength.
