The most coarse and most sensitive hair type can get extremely long
I’ve spent most of my life with thick long hair because I’ve followed the following steps.
They worked for me, so I know a combination of the following steps will work for you:
Hydrate.
Take a multivitamin.
Eat a nutrient-dense diet.
Wear double-protective hairstyles.
Use a few ingredients on your hair.
Avoid tight ponytails and hairstyles.
Use little heat and chemical processes.
Wear your hair more frequently as a loose natural.
Avoid manipulating your hair as much as possible.
If you wear sew-ins or wigs, give your hair a break from them to give your hair recovery time.
Finger detangle instead of using a brush or comb; this will help you keep more of your hair. The detangling process can break off a lot of hair.
Use a silk pillow and sheets. Not only is it good for your skin, but it’s fantastic for your hair. Cotton can be tough and rough on the hair – especially 4C hair.
Simple but effective strategies
