This List Is Not Final – There Are Other Benefits
There are more benefits than the ones listed in this article, but these make up a solid list you can experience once you start learning piano or another musical instrument.
As you can imagine, music is a powerful tool to gather people together, make people feel certain emotions, and inspire, heal, and soothe people across the globe.
Not only is it a cultural thing, but an individual thing. We are each musician in our ways. If you struggle to see yourself as an artist or musician, I’m here to tell you that you are one. It doesn’t matter your skill level. We are all creators and individuals who can experience music.
Listeners matter just as much as the creators of music.
Whether you’re interested in piano or another instrument, leap and explore it. Not only will your mental health benefit, but you’ll be able to add a positive and productive outlet; we all could utilize more of these.
Sometimes the only way we can express ourselves is through music or art.
