Easy, valuable, and simple implementations
I have stayed consistently active since childhood, and here are fifteen tips I implement in my routine:
1 – Stretch
2 – Meditate
3 – Eat clean at least 55%-60% of the time
4 – Focus less on cardio and lift weights
5 – Walk
6 – If you can safely do so, aim to decrease or eradicate your dependence on pharmaceuticals
7 – Consume vegetables daily
8 – Eat in the proper order (i.e., veggies > protein > fats > carbs)
9 – Ingest water throughout the day; always stay hydrated
10 – Limit your sugar intake
11 – Eat in more than you eat out
12 – Keep your weight healthy; being overweight is the cause of many optional health ailments and diseases
13 – Keep your stress/cortisol levels low
14 – Practice deep breathing when you’re stressed
