Stress sucks, but it’s exceptionally manageable
Strategy 1
I’ve found it helpful to list out all of the things I need to get done and immediately tackle each one without thinking about it.
Strategy 2
Another strategy I’ve found helpful is putting everything on hold and going to sleep. Sometimes, we need to go to sleep to gain a fresh perspective on how to attack everything on our plate. We might even realize that everything we have to do isn’t so mandatory after all. We might be stressed because we’re just tired, too. 🙂
