Get rid of that shit
Now that I finally have things under control, I’m happy to share some lessons I’ve learned along the way that can naturally help mitigate acne in your life.
Because, let’s be real, nobody f*cking likes acne.
It’s annoying, not the most fantastic looking, and uncomfortable.
Though acne will never make you appear less attractive (never believe these lies if you hear or see people say this or even feel this way personally), having clear skin is something you deserve and can be a natural confidence booster.
Clear skin is an extraordinary situation to have and to be grateful for; my goal is never to take it for granted.
Do know that breakouts aren’t 100% inevitable. Sometimes, the skin will need to purge through the form of acne. Minor breakouts here and there are entirely normal.
Here are some of the natural skin solutions I’ve found to be quite helpful in reducing and eliminating acne.
1. Kyolic 102
Who doesn’t know that garlic is a natural antibiotic? The shit is simply legendary. I’ve been using this stuff for almost ten years, and it works tremendously not only for acne but for women’s health in keeping healthy bacteria and eliminating unhealthy bacteria.
Frequency: Daily
Method: Oral, Capsule
Key ingredient: Garlic
Dosage: I take half the recommended dosage
2. Clove
I take this in a tincture form. It is a powerful aid for oral health and acts as a natural antibiotic and antiseptic, which is superb for eliminating unhealthy bacteria. It’s also an excellent supplement for reducing inflammation.
Frequency: Daily
Method: Oral, Tincture
Key Ingredient: Clove
Dosage: I take 1/3–2/3 less the recommended dosage
3. Oil Of Oreganol
Initially, I started taking this years ago as a natural immune booster, but then again, the immune system is directly related to the skin.
If your immune system is compromised, the skin can be as well.
Oil of Oreganol has antiviral, antimicrobial, and antifungal properties.
Furthermore, it’s an excellent anti-inflammatory, antioxidant, and other golden benefits.
Look it up!
I love the stuff and have integrated it into my routine for many years.
Frequency: Daily
Method: Oral, Tincture
Key Ingredient: Oil of Oreganol
Dosage: I take 1/2 less than the recommended dosage
Additional Tips For Clear Skin
Outside of these three things, I highly recommend you also do the following:
Exercise regularly
Drink plenty of water
Maintain low-stress levels
Increase your intake of vegetables
Eliminate or mitigate your sugar intake
Eat plenty of nutrient-dense foods and less processed foods
Since I intake clove, oil of oreganol, and garlic so frequently, I rarely experience any sickness. And when I do experience sickness, it’s incredibly mild.
