It’s pretty easy too
Dump raw frozen spinach into my blended protein shake. Freezing my big boxes of raw spinach also prevents me from wasting money. Once the spinach is frozen, it no longer spoils quickly.
Take vitamins and supplements that incorporate vegetables. My daily multivitamin has a green blend added to it, providing me with another vegetable source each day.
Add a veggie supplement to your water or drinks. You can add a variety of green supplements to your water that provides you with a ton of nutrients and veggies.
Eating raw vegetables is the best way, but it’s not always optimal or enjoyable. Supplements and shakes can change the game and offer an easy way to uplift your nutrient intake. You’ll also notice an increase in your energy because that’s what veggies do for our bodies. 🙂
