Think through this decision
You will likely wear multiple hats.
Meaning you’ll need to perform more than one role.
There have been many times when I was managing four different roles.
It’s all good when you want to do this, but some of you want to focus on one role at a time.
Work-life balance may be compromised.
When you’re working at a startup, things move at lightning speed, which means you need to stay on your toes and manage constantly shifting priorities to meet the business needs, which is often growth.
The growth stage of a business is chaotic.
Any entrepreneur would know that the beginning stages of a business are the most exhausting and insane.

A startup is trying to stay afloat and increase its revenue, leads, conversion, product usage, brand reputation, etc.
Get comfortable with reorgs.
Not only do these happen in enterprise companies, but plenty of times in startups.
Constant shifts will occur; people will come and go (i.e., churn).
f you’re uncomfortable with change, you will likely not enjoy the startup life.
Start a career in tech.
