Writing can be exhausting at times; here’s how to re-energize
Writing in its own sense is a mental sport that requires energy. It requires constructive thought, critical thinking, and physical stress on your hands and body (depending on your workspace).
Sharing your thoughts and ideas takes effort. Consistently writing is not for the faint of heart – especially when ideas aren’t rolling off your sleeve.
3 Ways To Help Increase Your Creative Productivity
Eat a clean diet at least 60% of the time. Our diet has a direct impact on our mental and physical health. I notice my thinking tends to be more precise and faster when eating cleaner.
Drink plenty of water throughout the day. You can’t perform at your best dehydrated. Period.
Work in a dedicated space that’s energizing. For example, I enjoy writing in my sunroom/dog playroom, which provides plenty of light and inspiration. Plus, I get to be around my favorite people (my dogs).
