Time to switch up the nightly routine
Make a nightly routine that focuses on enhancing your health (i.e., mentally, physically, emotionally, and spiritually).
Read: Read a positive non-fiction book that will expand your mind.
Meditate: Meditate for 5 minutes and let go of everything that happened during the day.
Yoga: Practice yoga for five minutes (or longer) to stretch your body, release stress and anxiety, and increase mobility, stability, and longevity.
Hydrate: Drink a full glass of water or bottle of water. When you sleep, your body dehydrates. Hydrating before you sleep creates a more restorative sleep and makes you feel refreshed.
