There is no need to throw in the towel (completely)
When we travel, we tend to get off our usual routines because we’re not surrounded by the normalcy and conveniences we have at home. Everything is new and different.
But something I’ve learned from traveling for a whole month is that your health still matters. Throwing it all away to travel is not worth it. You still need to maintain your help wherever you are.
I was in the gym for more than half of my travel abroad. Yes, I took time away from the gym because I’m usually always in there, but it was nice to continue the routine for the most part.
Drink plenty of water.
Walk whenever you can.
Since my nutrition wasn’t always guaranteed, I brought all my supplements to help me stay on track.
Remember to get in veggies. I didn’t always have access to veggies, so I got juiced greens throughout the trip to help me get them in.
If there is a gym available, use it. If a gym is unavailable, use your room or outside for bodyweight workouts. There is zero room for excuses.
