We attract what and who we are. If we require someone to be happy, we will never experience true happiness. If we don’t love and take the time to know our inner selves, no one will take the time to do the same for us.
Self Care: What does self-care look like for you? Maybe it means getting a regular massage, working out, drinking more water, eating healthier, going to the doctor, getting enough sleep, setting boundaries at work and in your relationships, and creating more time for yourself to focus on your hobbies and passions that bring you the most joy.
Personal Development: Never stop investing in your self-growth; this is an essential feature of the life experience. We have infinite intelligence and can keep learning until we die. If we’re learning, we’re growing.
Quality Time With Self: Enjoy fun activities on your own. Know how to have fun on your own time and dime.
Build and Connect: Invest time in meeting with others regularly.
Date: Take the time to learn more about what you do and don’t like.
Learn to enjoy life more (bonus): Life was meant to be enjoyed. The more time we take to enjoy life, laugh, smile, and experience happy moments, the better our lives will go and the better we will feel about ourselves.
