I know you hate them, too (at least sometimes)
Six ways I get in veggies more consistently include the following actions:
Take a greens supplement.
Eat a veggie with every single meal.
Ensure veggies are added to my multivitamin.
Implement veggies in all of my meals when I cook them.
Eat a serving of veggies before I consume my primary meal.
Throw in large handfuls of spinach in my blended protein smoothies.
My favorite one is eating the veggies first before consuming the meal; this exercise is good practice for those who loathe veggies with a passion. Get the worst part of the meal over with first instead of delaying it; that way, you always accomplish the goal of eating more veggies.
Doing these things or a mix of these activities keeps the greens an active part of my diet. When I have more veggies in my life, my health tends to be better.
When you feel better, you live better.
