For stubborn people who won’t outsource business tasks
The only way you can truly scale is if you start outsourcing things. The more you can strategically outsource tasks, the faster you can grow.
If you’re not outsourcing business tasks, find ways to leverage AI to help with processes, tedious tasks, or tasks that no longer have to be done by a human.
Let’s say you’re a writer, you can have AI do the editing for spelling and grammar.
Let’s say you’re a content editor, you can leverage AI to help make videos and aggregate content based on your ideas.
Whether you’re in cooking, painting, tech, music, dog sitting or grooming, printing, marketing, content, investing, etc. AI can help you scale without people.
Some common things people can hand off to help them scale faster include the following tasks:

Dog Grooming
Child Care
General Shopping
Business Shopping

Tax Planning and Management

Some of these things you can outsource to AI; others will require humans.
When you’re trying to scale, the last thing you should be spending your time on is areas where you can easily get help.

Cool.
Don’t.
Instead, outsource all the work unrelated to your business and/or career, so you can double down your efforts there.
