Four things to let go
I’ve been in the gym for decades, and the abs have always been constant.
You might think the gym has helped me maintain abs, but what I do outside of the gym contributes most.
1. Diet
Your diet is the number one variable affecting your physique – especially your abs.
If you want your abs to show, removing excess fat will help, but this won’t do everything.
We often see lean people who don’t have abs, and it’s usually due to their diet.
If you’re not eating right, your abs ain’t gonna treat you right and show up.
The four things to decrease or quit to get your abs to show include:
Dairy
Sugar
Fast Foods
Processed Foods
