Pay close attention to which ones get you out of the funk quickest:
Smile.
Workout.
Pet animals.
Take a walk.
Lift your head high.
Put your shoulder back.
Meditate to frequencies or wavelengths.
Write down 20 things you’re grateful for.
Put on your favorite dance song and go bonkers.
Give something to someone (it doesn’t have to be monetary).
