The Minimalism Challenge
For one month, give something away.
On day one, give away one item.
On day two, give away two items.
On day three, give away three items.
And continue adding another item each day for a month straight.
For people with a lot of stuff, this could be easy. For those who have already embraced minimalism, this might be a bit more challenging because you don’t have much stuff to give away.
The point of this challenge is to help others who have less, but also to help mitigate your attachments to things.
