Positive vibrations, frequencies, and energy is where it’s at
If more of us followed the advice of these phrases, we’d be a happier, healthier, less stressed, and anxious society.
Laughter and smiling are potent actions you can do every day to make you feel better and attract more positivity.
A while ago, I created a list of things and people that add happiness to my life. When I’m feeling low, I can visit this list, but one thing always helps me feel better: listening and reading positive and elevating material; it never fails to fix me up.
Whenever you’re feeling low, sad, depressed, lethargic, unhealthy, sick, or grieving, engage in activities that add more positivity to your life to heal and get back on that positive vibration train.
Positive vibrations are where you want to live daily; all the good life has to offer exists.
