When you can’t meet your goals, settle for 1% for the day
Some days you won’t hit all your goals; unforeseen obstacles come your way and can switch your trajectory.
Instead of getting disheartened and losing fire and motivation, do one small thing to help you progress on your goal.
If you want to write five articles daily but only have time for one, write one.
If your goal is to work out daily for 60 minutes, but you must deal with an emergency, take a 1-minute walk.
The power of one should always be considered. Within those 1% steps and reps, you’re still making progress on your goal, and consistency matters most at the end of the day.
