What kind of food are you consuming mentally?
This logic is ludicrous.
Instead, we feed our bodies daily (unless we’re fasting). And we must do the same for our minds.
What are you consistently feeding to your mind?
Is it social media, endless tik tok and youtube videos, endless television/film/shows/movies, porn, worthless podcasts, or negative music?
Many consume this content too frequently, destroying their minds and time.
How do you spend your free time?
If you constantly spend your free time-consuming unintentional, and garbage-like content, what will you become?
Only a few people feed themselves content (food) that will empower and elevate their lives.
When did you last read or listen to an elevating book, article, podcast, movie, show, or documentary?
It’s okay to engage in mindless and pointless content sometimes, but what do we become if we’re only feeding ourselves garbage?
