Just do this one thing
The best way to get better at interviewing can only come one way:
Interviewing!
At the beginning of your job search, you might feel you aren’t skilled enough at interviewing, but beginning your job search is the best time to iron all the wrinkles out.
Every interview you complete gives you more practice and confidence to do better in the following interview.
And this is why you must continue applying to get interviews consistently.
The more interviews you complete, the better interviewer you become – as long as you take notes on what you can do better (also ask the interviewers for feedback when appropriate).
Don’t worry about making mistakes, losing your train of thought, stuttering, or being unable to answer interview questions. Take notes of these items that may occur during your interview and then strive to do better the next time.
The good thing about making mistakes early is that you can nip these little antics in the bud (when you’re more aware of them).
And remember, if you screw up one or several interviews, continue applying.
