Don’t de-prioritize the most essential thing you can eat
Access to fresh veggies while traveling isn’t always an option.
Furthermore, sometimes the raw veggies available aren’t safe – as a friend and I experienced after getting sick shortly after eating them.
But we all still need our veggies even if we don’t have access to them.
The best way to do this is to leverage a green supplement.
I use a powder or capsule form of Amazing Grass, which I find to be helpful with the following:
Keeping my skin clear
Keeping my energy levels up
Keeping my immune system robust
Keeping my regular nutrients in place
Keeping my intestinal situation up to speed
There are many natural, healthy, safe, and quality green supplements that you can partake in that are easy to travel with. Capsules are easier to travel with, but powders can be as easy if adequately packed.
Don’t skimp on the veggies. You won’t regret it.
Most people de-prioritize veggies when they travel, which is a big mistake.
Always take value in your health while you’re away from home.
Though powders and supplements aren’t natural, they still don’t hurt.
