Repair your immune system faster
When we feel less than well, it might seem productive to stop all activity and rest completely.
This is the case in some instances, but it can also be helpful to keep it moving.
When I am under the weather, I notice a faster recovery when I stay active.
Activity can be light, so you’re still ensuring a full recovery for your body.
You never want to over-exert your body; doing this will slow down your recovery.
Healthy moderate exercise examples include:
Yoga
Cardio
Stretching
Light walking
Resistance band training
