The Most dangerous thing you can do as a writer
“Writer’s block”
“No ideas”
“Nobody reads my work”
“Nobody leaves positive reviews”
“My writing sucks”
“I’m not a good writer”
And whatever other excuses we tell ourselves that prevent us from writing.
But aiming for perfect results, perfect reviews, and perfect writing products (articles, books, blogs, and other post types) will do one thing:
Prevent your success and the manifestation of your purpose as a writer.
Perfection will always be the enemy.
Write. Publish. Repeat. This is your purpose as a writer.
I know that some of my writing is sh*tty, but I keep writing and leveraging the time I have to invest in my writing to the best of my ability.
The key to helping you proceed is to focus on producing the best product possible. And your best will change and look different based on the season of life you’re in.
Know that as long as you continue writing, the right audience will attract them to you.
You only have to keep writing at all costs.
The most dangerous thing a writer can do is stop writing.
