Here’s how to naturally build strength
The best way to build strength is through resistance and weight training.
A woman asked me the other day how you maintain a flat stomach. I gave her two responses:
Diet
Weight Training
She spends all of her workouts doing cardio sessions, as many women do, but that kind of gets you nowhere if you want to stay toned, defined, and maintain a faster metabolism.
Being toned and defined cannot be utilized or offer you value – outside of looking good.
Strength is invaluable as a woman. Strength helps you be more self-sufficient and independent. You don’t have to rely on others to do basic things. But it also gives you more flexibility in your diet (more muscle increases your metabolism).
Three primary exercises women tend to skip out on include the following:
Pullups
Pushups
Bench Press
These exercises are not generally known to be “fun,” but they’re some of the most powerful exercises you can do to build muscle mass and natural strength.
Whatever you see the boys doing in the gym, make sure you do it, too. It doesn’t have to be the same weight, but use guys as a baseline for the exercises you should be doing for your body to build strength.
