Self-discipline with your health carries over into other areas
Being Overweight Is Slow Suicide
Are you slowly killing yourself?
Something I’ve seen and noticed in people around me who are overweight is they are frequently complaining about something regarding their health or they’re experiencing health issues because of their weight.
There is no denying that being considerably overweight does put you at risk for many health-related issues.
Being a healthy weight doesn’t guarantee perfect health, but it does increase your likelihood of better health, and who doesn’t want to experience this?
Professional performers know the foundation of good health is weight control. They know disease often begins when body weight is disproportionate. Champions focus on diet and exercise to manage their weight and overall health. They also know commitment and mental toughness are the secrets to weight control.
The poverty, working, and middle classes tend to believe the right diet is the key to weight loss and control. The great ones realize the best diet in the world is worthless without decision and commitment. They also know they are in total control of what they eat and how they exercise, and if they slip out of balance in this area, they are quick to get back on track.
Taking control of weight through conscious choice is a fast track to ascending to world-class levels in other areas of your life. For those who wish to ascend to greatness, this is a great place to begin. The confidence and power being thin and healthy will give you cannot be overestimated.

Maintaining a healthy weight enhances your life experience but creates a foundation for thriving in other areas.
When your health is compromised, you have less energy, experience more discomfort, might have increased insecurities – equating to less confidence, and your energy is less focused on more productive things.
We frequently take our health for granted until it becomes compromised, or we walk ourselves into a compromising situation such as being overweight.
What I Do To Maintain A Healthy Weight
Whether you are born naturally slim or thick has nothing to do with how healthy you can be.
I was born naturally slim. However, if I ate a certain way for an extended period, my physique would shift.
I consciously decided to be healthy at a very early age, and I have followed this since I was young.
My Health Strategy
Eat plenty of veggies.
Drink plenty of water.
Limit my sugar intake.
Cook most of my food.
Limit processed foods.
Stay physically active with weight lifting, walking, and stretching.
