They’re just damaging your results, relationships, and mindset
But none of us know what’s going on in someone else’s mind unless they offer us an honest answer.
The best thing we can all do to improve our relationships and interactions with others is to assume the best instead of the worst, give others the benefit of the doubt, and proceed forward without acting and speaking rashly.
How many times have you thought you were 100% right about someone, and then you had an honest conversation with them, and everything you thought was right ended up being incorrect?
It’s happened to the best of us.
For just today, try not to make assumptions about anyone. Seek the truth until you find it, and until you get your hands on the truth, avoid making any negative assumptions about others and situations that happen to you.
Key Message: Stop making assumptions; they’re often to our detriment in relationships, interactions with others, our professional lives, and our personal lives.
