Practice 5 minutes of journaling.
Practice 5 minutes of yoga.
15 minute exercises
Take a 15-minute nap.
Take a 15-minute walk.
Take 15 minutes to clean your space.
Take 15 minutes to find things to donate in your space.
5-hour exercises
Turn your phone, tv, laptop, and other electronics off for five hours.
Practice not worrying about anything for five hours.
