Is it?
“Getting off your a**, that’s the key to everything, right?”
My response
It kind of is, really. If you don’t start and take action, you’ll never make progress. What other way can a person make progress if they don’t take action?
If a person hasn’t worked out in a month, what other way will they get to the gym – outside of physically putting in the effort to go to a gym?
There is no way around it.
As I mentioned in the article, if you want to experience physical results, you’ll have to get off your a** and work out; this logic applies to any worthwhile goal.
You will never progress if you never get started and consistently take action. Once you get to the gym, keep going, so you can experience results you’ve never seen before.
What’s keeping you from working out?
