Gratitude helps start a beautiful beginning a lot sooner
Everyone comes into our lives for a season and a reason. Sometimes those seasons are eternal, but often the seasons are short-term, which is 150% okay.
I’ve learned countless lessons from people I’ve dated and people I’ve been friends with, and I’m grateful to say they have all helped me grow into a better person.
I would not change a single outcome.
Never allow bitterness, unforgiveness, pain, hurt, unproductive emotions, and negative thinking to hold you back from being grateful for people from your past.
The more grateful you are, the more the universe will reward you.
I’ve noticed that a new beginning starts after every ending, and it’s always beautiful – especially when I have positive vibes towards the people who are no longer in my life.
We don’t have to hold on to everyone that needs to leave or desires to leave. Allow people to come and go, just as you need to come and go. If people are meant to be in your life, they will pop up. The universe does its job extremely well.
In Summary
Be grateful for ex-relationships (romantic, business, and platonic).
Take a moment to reflect on the relationship to see how you can grow from it. Release negative emotions, and focus on gratitude and the positive you took away from the relationship – even if it’s infinitesimally small.
Prepare for a new beginning because they always come – especially when you’re grateful for what’s no longer present.
