2 eating unhealthy foods
It might seem helpful to use coping strategies o help you get through a situation, but these “coping activities” only exacerbate the situation and only provide temporary fixes.
Unhealthy habits include:
Giving into any unhealthy addiction.
Eating unhealthy foods.
Increasing your sugar intake.
Frequently eating unhealthy fast foods.
Spending more than you earn.
Ruminating and overthinking the situation.
Smoking cigarettes.
Quitting your productive habits and routine.
2 Eating Unhealthy Foods The biggest unhealthy habit I would like to point out is the food component here because many people do one of two things when they’re going through a tough situation, don’t eat at all (or much) or eat sh*tty. Eating healthy is an easy win; it keeps your mind clear, increases your energy, keeps your body functioning at optimal rates, and helps you maintain strength to enforce a positive mindset.
