The perfect place to write

Working Out
The easiest thing to do as a writer is to get distracted and not write.
Everything is vying for our attention these days; it can be difficult to maintain focus in a distraction-oriented world.
What are your preferred writing spots and time of the day?
Do you have a specific place you like to go, or can you work from anywhere?
Do you notice any frequent patterns of getting distracted when you do write?
One of the best ways to eliminate distractions as a writer is to decrease your access to electronics and, if possible, remove them completely.
If you’re writing on a computer, something to help you focus is not having other tabs open.
If you need to do research for an article, do the research and immediately come back to your original goal: the article, book, or post.
Take A Writing Retreat
Do you have friends or family traveling or who have extra quiet space for you to write away from your usual environment?
Take advantage of it, and use these spaces to get additional writing done.
It helps to disappear and take writing retreats so that you can focus on one thing: writing.
The only way to make progress as a writer is to write.
