Eliminate this one distraction to expedite your productivity rate
It’s amazing how much MORE work you can get done when you don’t have your phone available to distract you every second.
Put the phone out of sight or turn it off.
A good practice is to set your writing goals for the day and only get on your phone afterward.
This may not work every day, but it’s something to strive for frequently to keep your productivity rate as a writer high.
Writing, editing, and publishing content are among the best feelings in the world as a creator, but we will always write one less article or book if we continually set ourselves up with distractions.
Remove distractions = Increase productivity rate.
The phone, the texts, the notifications, the missed calls, the emails, and the social media will all be awaiting you. They never end. They never go away.
But your time to write in a given day is gone instantly; don’t give it up so easily.
