Reframing your mindset to reach your goals
Let’s take, for example, your health.
If you are overweight and need to lose 30 pounds, it’s not going to be the most comfortable situation to lose that weight.
You will likely need to implement a caloric deficit, consistently work out, and avoid overeating. These are not the most fun activities, but imagine how great you will start feeling once you get going and keep going. Then imagine how you will look and feel after you reach your goal.
Always Think Long-Term
It’s all about the long-term reward. If you focus on the short-term, you will trick yourself into believing the temporary pain isn’t worth the end result, but it always is.
Write your goal down.
Write all that will be required to reach your goal.
Write down the benefits you will experience once you reach your goal.
Long-term.
Long-term.
Long-term.
Always think long term goals, outcomes, and results.
