I’m sure some of you have experienced something similar.
Why do we ignore our bodies’ adverse reactions to the people we allow to remain in our lives? For some of you, it’s a habit to keep unhealthy people in your life; it’s another form of addiction.
Ask yourself two questions about your relationships:
How does my body feel around this person?
How has my body improved or worsened since this person entered my life?
I know someone who looked completely different from when a person entered their life to when the same person exited their life. Never underestimate how much the people around you can affect your physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual well-being. Every person either adds or detracts from your life.
