Accept who you are and who you aren’t
A good friend sent the following post from Mel Robbins, who repeatedly says, “There is nothing wrong with you.”
What a liberating statement.
If more of us focused less on what’s wrong with ourselves, imagine the self-acceptance and self-love we would feel and transfer to those around us.
Like most people, you probably feel something is wrong with you. Change this thought. Accept who you are and aren’t today, and be okay with it. It doesn’t mean you shouldn’t improve yourself, but be grateful for who you are in this moment, and you will notice a positive shift in your life as I have experienced.
