One thing you need to do
All you need to do is build muscle.
The more muscle you have, the less fat you will have.
It’s that simple.
Think about it…
If you had more muscle, what would you have less of? Fat. And when you have more fat, you have less muscle.
Maintaining muscle creates more beneficial circumstances for your mind and body and prevents you from becoming overweight, which often leads to many ailments.
How do you build muscle?
Consistently increase the amount of resistance you utilize during training.
Weight lift.
Practice training with a resistance band.
Increase reps each workout.
Decrease reps and increase resistance or weight.
Resistance is the key to building muscle. The more you utilize, the better. Or the more reps you complete with moderate to high resistance, the better.
