An easy way to build muscle and blast fat
What does she mean by supersets, you might ask?
Supersets are similar to completing a circuit. During a circuit, you complete multiple exercises. So, when lifting weights, focus on completing 2 or 3 exercises at a time, and I guarantee you will be sweating as if you completed a full-blown cardio session. I did it today for legs for the first four exercises, which was epic. Not only did my legs get a better workout, but I was drenched in sweat because I was working my body out twice as hard. If I added a third exercise, I would work out my body triple as hard.
When you’re lifting weights, this is a perfect time to also work out your heart by focusing on completing intense resistance-based workouts.
For your next workout, complete supersets for at least half your workout. Not only will your heart appreciate the double effort, but your muscles will thank you and, in return, grow exponentially. Finally, you will blast fat and extra weight that much faster.
Happy working out.
