Are you slowly killing yourself?
When you are overweight, you are putting your body in a 24/7 state of stress. Every organ in your body is working harder to handle the extra weight on your body.
One of the best things you can do for your current and future health is to maintain healthy body weight. I know Americans tend to overeat, which is why the rate of obesity and overweight people is substantially higher than those who are not.
The Numbers
Two-thirds of the American population is overweight.
What Can You Do To Get In Shape:
Intake fewer calories than you burn.
Lift weights consistently.
Cut out sugar, processed foods, bread, and sugary drinks. You will most likely drop weight if you do this – unless you have imbalances in your body (e.g., thyroid issues).
Do fasted cardio (i.e., fasted cardio is done when you have not consumed any calories for the day; a preferred time to do this is first thing in the morning).
