There’s nothing quite like reigniting old friendships
Friendships are one of the most beautiful forms of relationship with another person—potentially deeper than many other types of relationships. Over the years, people have come and gone in all of our lives.
A handful of relationships that I thought were completely over came back full circle. But here’s the thing: I never shut doors; I always leave them open. Because I believe many relationships don’t ever need to end in totality—they simply need to change shape and form.
It’s intriguing how timing works, isn’t it? Often people come back into our lives when we’re finally able to receive their return with complete openness.
If you lost a dear friend(s), share your truth and reach out. They might come back now, or they might come back later. But always share your truth. The truth can heal relationships, and more importantly, the truth can heal you.

There’s no harm in writing down what you desire from your relationships either.
I’m grateful I’ve had the opportunity to re-establish several dear relationships that seem to have previously reached a hopeless end. But within every ending can be a new beginning.
Don’t give up on friendship. We all need people who are there for us throughout our life journies. There’s no better place to get love and support than through friendship.
Cheers to friendship!
