Don’t abandon ship!
After a seven-day vacation, Valerie realized she didn’t work out a single time on it. She abandoned her habits.
For the highly active, sure, you all could probably use a week’s break from working out, but for the rest of us, we should keep our hearts working to constantly better our health and push aside our very much ingrained sedentary lifestyles.
You may not have access to fitness and cardio equipment when you travel. However, equipment is never needed for a quality workout. Bodyweight exercises (aka at-anywhere exercises) can help you stay active – even if it’s only for 10–20 minutes a day. Something is better than nothing.
