Everyone is judged – positively, negatively, and neutrally.
We make judgments about people without even being fully conscious of it at times. We’re constantly weighing our opinions of events, people, and things.
Unfortunately, we can allow this truth to turn into fear. Since we know we’re constantly judging people, we often believe many people are doing the same to us. And our fear of judgment prevents us from expressing our most authentic selves.
There is a better way. Be judged for who you are; it’s a much happier way of living.
