A productivity hack for writers who love tv, streaming, shows, and movies
There is always so much writing to do, and it can get overwhelming. Content creation is inundated with creators, and it does seem that quality, quantity, and consistency all matter.
Instead of feeling guilty about relaxing and watching tv, get your computer and a mobile desk and write. Write on commercial breaks, write while watching the show or movie, or write after you finish the viewing.
Just write. Soon it will become easy to multi-task between the two. Not that I’m encouraging multi-tasking and context-switching, but sometimes we need to use one motivation (something we want to do) and couple it with a goal (something we need to do. Find a fun way to balance both, so you can enjoy life and make progress simultaneously.
