Being overwhelmed is a familiar feeling for many of us, mainly because we forget our goals and values.
Work-life, family life, social life, your life, and your goals will always compete. The aim is to balance all of these elements so you can enjoy a more meaningful, fulfilling, and healthy life.
The next time you’re feeling overwhelmed, ask yourself these questions:
What am I doing now that’s making me feel overwhelmed?
Are my daily actions moving me forward in all areas of my life or only in some areas?
What am I sacrificing in exchange for my mental peace?
What do I like and dislike about my life right now?
These questions will help you get back on track.
