This is what often happens after we achieve a goal
But more often than not, the person gains the 50 pounds right back because they didn’t change the system and habits required to maintain a body that weighs 50 pounds less.
We can all achieve a goal, but the question is, what happens after we achieve the goal? Can we maintain it?
Most people stop working once their goal is complete and revert to their old ways. The only way to experience long-lasting change is to implement a system to help you maintain the goals after achieving them.
