Don’t compromise your writing time for marketing strategies
If you’re busy like most people yet still want to scale your writing continuously, it may not make sense for you to take on everything. If this is the case, get help from your kid or family member.
For a small fee, they can help repost your articles to sites like Simily, so you can scale the platforms your writing is published to while focusing most of your energy on writing.
Writing is my passion, but many authors stress you should treat your writing like a business. Fair point.
Do you ever notice what businesses and start-ups do? They hire people as they grow so that they can scale. If you don’t get help as you’re growing, your productivity will stagnate at some point. This is an extreme example. You can get away with reposting your articles to different sites, but it might start becoming time-consuming, jeopardizing your writing output.
I’m currently in the process of getting one of my family members to help me repost articles to Simily so that I can focus on writing. Let’s see how it goes. Hopefully, they get started soon. Just need to motivate them! In the meantime, I’m still slowly reposting to the site as an experimental strategy.
