The first trick is gratitude. Find something to be grateful for, no matter how challenging. The second trick is to seek the beauty that surrounds you.
If you’re going through a dark time, let’s keep it 100, you’re probably going to have a tough time recognizing the beauty of life, but it’s right there in front of you – waiting for you to see it and remind you to calm tf down.
It’s going to be okay.
When you’re grateful and recognize the good and all of the beauty that surrounds you , it has to be okay – even during the most painful times.a
Even when you can’t see it, beauty is all around you. Find it. Bask in it. Appreciate it.
