We all have people or things that we are not particularly fond of. Some of us have plenty of good reason not to like these things and people, but sometimes we end up disliking with no reasonable excuse.
It’s kind of like how people are racist, but why? Like for what plausible reason do you not like a person based on a simple thing as a skin tone? Pretty stupid, but moving along now.
Often, the things and people we do not like can extract so much energy from us, and the funny thing is we don’t even notice how our energy is dissipating from us while the stress is simultaneously infiltrating us.
